I recently, in March 2025 after numerous months of research with various solar installers, opted for a solar installation with Metrowatt. Miyelani Zitha was an absolute gem. From the consultation and understanding my needs, to assessing the site and how to best optimise the position of the panels. The assessment process and procurement was completed in a week. The installation team worked into the evening to make sure I am up and running before they left. Great service overall. The onboarding and orientation wasn't without teething problems, but Miyelani was so on the ball in sorting everything out in the same day. The offsite monitoring has allowed me peace of mind in the process. I have only spent R300 on electricity between March and June 2025 to supplement cloudy days, as my geyser runs off the system. That is a difference of R1300 saving per month. Thank you Miyelani & team Metrowatt for your partnership. Not having to worry about power outages has improved my quality of life.

Outstanding service from Metrowatt - had an excellent experience in negotiating the contract - slick and neat installation and exceptional after care support. When my system tripped one evening after the return of load-shedding the call centre called 4 x to try and resolve and then the MD of the company came out to my house at 10pm to trouble shoot and restore - so impressive.
